Our historical lake home — by Frank Stout, a lumber baron — is now for sale. This home was built around 1915 for the Stout estate gardener and caretaker. We acquired this gem in 2013 and completely rehabbed and updated it, top to bottom, all while maintaining the early 1900s feel and charm. The construction details and techniques are incredible.
