In 2016 the house got the following things replaced! New windows New Roof New Oil furnace Blown in insulation New electrical And I believe the plumbing was redone (copper) Only house on the block with a 2 bay garage with electricity and heating (woodstove). House stays warm in the winter with thermostat set at 62, and only 1 to 2 radiators on upstairs. Oil/water heat. Inside has hardwood flooring upstairs that was also redone in 2016. Downstairs is carpet. Some updating needs done inside but the house it up to code and USDA approved. No current issues and ready to move in.
