This is an absolutely lovely little cabin on a small parcel (sells with the adjacent ~28 acre parcel). The cabin is quaint and has been both a great starter home or and a fast-moving rental. It has always drawn lovely tenants on the first showing, tenants who help out rather than leave damage, tenants who stay for as many years as they can (until life moves them on from Athens entirely).
