Chama is home to the Cumbres Toltec Train with daily rides up Cumbres Pass for majestic views. Outdoor sports of hiking, skiing, kayaking, white water rafting, fishing and hunting are at your door. The cabin has two decks for drinking coffee and viewing the wildlife and surroundings. “Red Bird Cabin” is turn key and welcoming with beautiful wood Milgard windows, a recently installed Lennox furnace, an Acorn Voyageur wood stove, village water and other services, poppies in the spring and wild plums and rosehips in the fall. Our refuge from the hustle and bustle of the city for 19 years, it is well maintained and loved.
