The good - newer steel roof, has some newer plumbing, newer HVAC, newer water heater, has potential to add a couple more bedrooms. Lot is zoned for duplex. The not so good. Aside from what you see in the picture, foundation is going to need some major attention. On the west side of the house in particular, there is rot in the floor.
