The outside was completely redone last year with new windows, paint, and trim. A new roof 7 years ago with 50 year timberline shingles. The inside is completely gutted. It needs to have all new wiring all new plumbing sheetrock insulation. It has 10 ft ceilings. I own the lot next door. Also the other lot beside me is for sale through the city.
