No HOA here... **No Agents/LLCs/Scammers PLEASE** Just put in a new front porch, kitchen sink and kitchen flooring (purchased but installing slowly by myself); but an overall small and comfy home for starting out on your own (Single person or Couple starter home honestly)! Wood floors might need new varnish, interior painting (of course) and update the wiring but that's really all she needs!! Texts are preferred so there is no miscommunications! Many things I either cannot fit or do not need anymore will be left to help the next owner as well! Foundation in the basement (walls) have been concaved in for over 30yrs but nothing has changed that over time. I will be taking my final offers last week of August to be moved out by second week of September is the goal.
