We moved to a bigger house and need to sell our work-in-progress home. It is quite livable, but needs a new roof and some other major repairs that I don't have time to finish. The house does come with a lot of the materials you need to finish it, and I would be happy to lend tools if needed and my extremely detailed knowledge of the problems and how I planned to fix them. (I have a document written up if you are interested.) The house has a nearly new water heater, refurbished original central heat (very warm, but not the most efficient), stove, refrigerator, new LVP flooring in most of the house, new tub hardware on the original clawfoot tub, GFCI outlets, and a number of other upgrades. It only has a window A/C. Besides the roof, it has issues like a sinking porch, ceiling damage, partially repaired vandalism to the walls, possible asbestos in the basement, and old water damage in the bathroom floor from a leaky toilet. I want to sell to a person who will actually live here, not an investor or flipper. I still live in the neighborhood and want to do right by my neighbors, not see them exploited.
