LMCH is a private membership community. I'm selling my cabin which includes a large sunroom with a wood stove, 1995 Alpha Gold fifth wheel and a very large deck with peek a boo views of Lake Merwin and Mt. Saint Helens. You do not own the land, only the fifth wheel and cabin. It sits on Block 14 lot 90. Original owner of addition and second owner of fifth wheel. The fifth wheel has a restroom with shower, queen size bed, pullout couch, full sized refrigerator, stove + four gas burner cooktop and dining table and chairs. Trailer is in good shape and everything works well. The sunroom is roughly 30' x 30' with vaulted ceiling and a ton of windows.
LMCH allows it's members to be in camp 234 overnights with a maximum of 30 consecutive overnight stays in a row. This is considered a vacation home not a permanent residence. Everyone must pass a background check in order to own a place at LMCH.
Annual dues are around $2500 per year and includes, electricity, water, bathhouse use, events throughout the year, covered pool, hot tub & sauna and security. There is a chapel, putt putt and playgrounds for the kiddos. Boat access is included as well.
