Relax in the country with this renovated home (2022 - it originally was only about 400 sq ft, from what I was told & tax records show). It's on almost 1/2 acre but looks larger with noone behind or to one side - (Three (3) Lots). Vacant lots to one side and across from me. To my understanding, none can build behind. There are endless possibilities! So, come and enjoy tranquility and all the beauties of nature. I've got walking paths cleared to the wooded side...so nice. I've also got a fire pit area & installed security lighting along most of the fence & four throughout the property. Landscaped & planted several plants & about ten (10) additional trees. Has gravel drive not shown in pictures. Kitchen Appliances stay. Refrigerator w/working ice maker (Frigidaire Galaxy) As well as Whirlpool Smoothtop Stove and Samsung Microwave. Leaving my washer/dryer as well but really a stackable would work best in laundry room. (In my opinion.) New (2 yrs) tankless water heater. Internet (new fiber installed this year) and landline phone is available, so will not have to pay to have installed like I did. The home is smoke-free :) Will consider leaving some other furniture/household items, if needed. However, I am leaving an antique drop leaf table with two (2) foldable chairs, two (2) antique end/side tables, leather couch and a full size antique bed that was my grandmothers. The mattress & box springs were not hers though, lol. In addition, all bath accessories will stay, including the floor heater. The over-the-toilet cabinet & wall decor will not. I have also decided to leave my large solid wood desk, beautiful book case with two bottom drawers and a file cabinet in spare room, (what I used/am using as an office). I also have a new 8 x 6 storage shed w/Foundation that has not been put up yet that I will be leaving. I've already burned the boxes and would be too hard to move. There is a picnic type table that I will leave that has the storage building parts organized on, as well as some of the rest of it on two saw horses. 8 x 16 blocks will be left where I intended to place the building. There will also be a very old, (dove-tailed) solid wood drop leaf table left on the side deck by the hammock that I intended to waterproof and paint and never did, only sanded.
