Great little 3 bed 2 full bath home with massive master bed and bathroom accompanied by a walk in closet. Within a mile from the lake and school with supply store and grocery store convenient with both selling gas. Very easily accessible crawl space with plenty of room. Decent sized deck on back of house with plenty of space for a grill and a few chairs. Covered front porch great for watching birds in the yard. Home will need a little work done. Will need new unit for the house. Heat works great but ac won’t keep up during the summer. Will need some patchwork done or some full panel drywall replacements depending on preference. Outside of that it’s perfectly livable and a great house. Also won’t let me add photos for some reason.
