This tiny home model is a Seabreeze LS-104 park model located in the Lake Walk Tiny Home community in Greer, SC. Entering the community from Route 101, you see the Scandi Cafe in a lovely setting, with a fire pit and inviting indoor and outdoor seating. You will pass the community garden, the dog park, and the entrance to the hiking trail that leads to Lake Cunningham.
The house and grounds have been designed for maximum flow and connection to the outdoors. Parking for two cars on a paved driveway leads to a screened-in front porch. The indoor space boasts many special features, including full-size appliances, ample storage, and a pantry. This unit has a bath with shower AND tub, stackable washer/dryer, and two sleeping areas that easily fit queen beds. The loft sleeping area can also be used for additional storage. From the main bedroom, a door leads back to a second screened-in porch, which connects to a lovely deck with a pergola and privacy wall. An outbuilding with electricity currently provides additional storage and could be converted to other uses. The owner has given great care to blending indoor and outdoor spaces and creating a backyard oasis that offers both serenity and privacy.
Neighbors can congregate in the community area, which features a fire pit, grills, pavilion, and picnic tables. We have many social events that make it easy to meet the community if you choose. Friday happy hour and holiday events, where we gather for a potluck and socialize, karaoke, and other events bring this community together.
The community garden is located right behind this tiny house. This community had a dog park and a Lakewalk trail, all conveniently located right behind the mailboxes, which are a short distance from this house.
A $500 monthly lot fee (listed as an HOA due) includes water, sewer, electricity, garbage removal, and property landscaping maintenance.
