- Buyer must agree to provide an earnest deposit that equals 5% of the agreed upon sale price. Buyer has 2 days to provide the closing attorney with the earnest deposit after receiving signed contracts. Earnest deposit is forfeited if buyer withdraws from contract after 5 days.
- "Proof of funding" should be provided along with the purchase agreement
