This house is the perfect summer and winter ! In the winter, all three Mount Hood ski resorts are within easy driving distance: Ski Bowl 15 min, Timberline 25 min, and Meadows 30 min. In the summer, play golf at the Resort on the Mountain golf course, hike or mountain bike on many trails around Mount Hood and along the Sandy and Zigzag river, fish the Sandy river, or drive up to Ski Bowl for their summer adventure park with zip lining, bungee jumping, and a summer bobsled. There is a 5th room that can be a bedroom or office.
