One Level 1976 Home on 1.6 acres(70,000'). There is a plot plan attached. We are at the end of a 3 house 100' road in a community that is only 2 miles long and 1/2 mile wide in a National Scenic area which is first stop after Multnomah Falls after you leave Portland. We back up to the Cascade Locks Airport for small planes where there is a creek between our home and the airport assuring us privacy. Cascade Locks is like a time warp when it comes to crime. There is a built in jacuzzi that needs to be updated or removed and a built in sauna that I use for storage. My response was to add a claw foot tub in the middle of these items until we remodeled which we never got around to. I have lived in Portland, MPLS, Beverly Hills, New York, Catalina Island,Miami and Tampa and this will be the most difficult for me to give up. In the summer the back yard feels like it should have been in the movie Gone with the Wind.. I just hope the next owner enjoys the rusticness of this property. If I had my 4 stepsons that I had in the 1970s then I know they would all have tents pitched over the bridge with their own private camp ground in the trees and I would never have to worry about where they were at night. LOL...
Seeking Perfect buyer! I hope you find our shagrila requiring delayed occupancy while I unload 55 years of business and personal "stuff" that has both garages needing liquidation.
