I pledged $100k to my church and need find a way to honor my commitment so am selling this house I bought 2011. Has been a rental the entire time. Great house and needs mostly cosmetic work.

2nd floor - two bedrooms and full bath.
3rd floor - vaulted ceiling bedroom.
