A quaint home setting on the banks of the Ohio River with a beautiful scenery. It has been occupied by my parents for the past 50 years. They have live a quite comfortable life in the house. They both past away in their late 90's. There is some general maintenance needed. Central air and heat in good working condition. Roof is ten years old. It has carpet throughout. An attic which is a bedroom and served as my mothers art gallery. There is an office area room and an computer area as well. It has nice covered porch on the back area. A large front porch. The basement is concrete floor with workshop area and plenty of storage area. The basement walls need to be sealed.
