House resides on a quiet dead end street with only 3 other houses. Wonderful school district and is walking distance to many stores, schools and parks. Decent back yard that has enough room for a large garden and also has a backyard fire pit. One car garage and driveway can hold 3 cars. Right next to 90/190 entrance so it's very easy to get to most destinations. House does need work which is why it is listed at the current price. Houses that have been fixed up in this area I have seen triple in price if that's your goal.
