Great family Getaway or a wonderful place to live. Best feature is the location , deep water and GOOD bridge clearance . If looking at other parts of High Rock be sure to investigate both “Sandbars” and LOW BRIDGE CLEARANCE. Two sets of neighbors on both sides are full time residents. Has been our weekend get away home for 5 yrs and have never had ANY issue while absent. Great views ! Make sure the lake house you buy that your boat can travel from your house to the Main Body of water.
