This is a nice quiet mountain home. Beautiful views, live moving streams of fresh mountain water on the property along with , apple orchard, raspberries, dogwood, Japanese maple, and many more nice plants that attract hummingbirds and butterflies.. the wildlife is very attracted to this area as well, many elk walk through without causing any issues .. it’s a nice little hide away in the mountains to call home. The home has great bones and is such a good size to keep it as it is, if you want to change something, it’s very affordable due to its smaller yet very comfortable size.
Having the unfinished basement is great for storage space and to have a nice laundry area
