I have blueprints and a current building permit which can be re submitted in your name. The foundation has an oversized footer and mason block crawlspace. The crawlspace needs some cells filled, insulation board on inside and then its basically ready for the lumber package.
If i do more work on the property such as backfill then i will raise the price accordingly...
The garage has electricity, entry door, windows, walls, tyvek and black shingle roofing but needs cement, garage doors and siding...
For an extra price i have a large amount of pine lumber (16ft beams, 2inch slabs and dimensional lumber ) ...3k value
