My neighbors are very well kept with their yard and the town is quiet with only two businesses a small mechanic shop and a post office I’ve grown to really love it here in just not a country person and always knew the house was to flip, all new flooring new smoke alarms roof is 10 years old and it good shape, the front porch is spacious with 16 openings for windows that I chose to put screens in, good school district the bus picks up and lets off to each individual house the basement is unfinished it has two furnaces in great shape and a new hot water heater, you will need your own fridge and oven washer and dryer.
