This is the family home. It is a single family raised cape on a dead end street, There used to be a golf course at the end of the street but it is closed; the rear of the lot boarders the property. This house is on the west side of Pontoosuc Lake of which there is deeded lake rights with a dock and beach. The furnace was converted to gas in 2010, with a gas fireplace in the living room. The inside of the house is in need of some remodeling; in that I started the bathroom and kitchen floor but decided that a buyer might want to finish it themselves. I have bought all the materials to finish these rooms but have been unable to do so.
