This is an old home with some minor cosmetic issues throughout. However as a whole the house is very solid with lots of character. We have lived here for 5 years and have had very few issues with this home. I will happily discuss any and all of the minor issues we are aware of with you. We have been very happy with this home and hoped to keep it as a rental when we moved, but unfortunately we are unable to.
The neighbors are great, and have been a joy for our family to get to know. This is the perfect little home for any young family looking to get started, or even for someone looking to downsize into something more manageable.
