There are three nice sized guest rooms on the second level. Each room has its own private bathroom. There is a utility and laundry room on the second story by the bedrooms. The yard has matured landscaping and a wonderful green area on the east side of the house and a new two-vehicle carport at the back of the property. This summer, we put on a new roof and had the balcony restructured and coated. A high-efficiency gas heater and electric air conditioner were installed in 2019.
