My mother owned and lived in this house for the last 32 years and always took the best of care to everything she had. If she couldn't fix something , she always called a professional who could. Water heater was replaced in 2022 ; Electric range 2021 ; Microwave 2020 ; Furnace ,central air and humidifier in 2017. New roof was put on in 2013 ; Kitchen was completely remodeled in 2009 including new electric panel and wiring. Custom made oak cabinets were put in at that time also.
