This is our second home as a family and we loved it very much. We’ve lived here for about eight years now. We are sad to say, but it is time to move on. Some of the things that we appreciated about this home are that it is at the end of a cul-de-sac. There is little to no traffic at all and it’s a perfect spot for the kids to ride their bike and goof around in front of the house in the street. There’s a really large yard on the side of the house. That’s perfect for setting up and playing some sort of yard game. we did a ton to the outside of this house over the years. We made the patio in the back a lot bigger and kept the landscaping at a higher end. We’ve taken care of all of the plants and trees and grass and it is all in very good shape. The backyard but right up to the neighbors backyard however, we planted a row of arbors in the back built a divider on the left side and a big portion of landscaping on the right. It kind of closes in the backyard and makes it more private. The roof is almost brand, new architectural, shingles we had the HVAC system replaced with new interior and exterior components and systems two years ago. New water heater two years ago. Installed the water softener two years ago. Sump pump and basement grinder pump have both been replaced in the last year. All new windows and doors last year. The interior of the home is five bedrooms three bathrooms total. The upstairs main floor has two bedrooms and a guest bathroom on one end. On the other end, it has the master bedroom with vaulted ceiling bathroom and closet. We opened up the floor plan when we first moved in so the kitchen and living area are all part of one big room. The kitchen is massive with a huge island right in the middle of it. In addition to the typical cabinets, there’s a built-in coffee bar with a bunch of extra storage. I really loved the garage. It’s pretty sweet. It has a professional bouldering wall on one side with roots ranging from V1 to V5. On the far right side of the wall, we have it set up for kids. Behind the Rockwall is a ton of storage because the wall is at a 35° angle outward. There is also a custom cedar sauna. It has a really nice heater and it’s capable of getting up to about 190°. There is a boatload of storage with a rack on the ceiling multiple shelves, and a huge set of workshop cabinets. Also a punching bag to get my frustration out when I miss trash day. (Thursday, super early a.m. by the way.) Downstairs is a pretty nice spot with the remaining two bedrooms and bathroom. There is a small kitchen area, but it is not plumbed for a sink. The downstairs is basically just one big finished area with the two bedrooms and bathroom on one side. We just redid the bathroom in its entirety about two years ago. I can’t think of anything this house could possibly need. There are even a few little handy things that I have done to make it easier to repair certain aspects if they should fail. For instance, I put emergency shut off at the end of every hose bib on the outside of the home so that if something happens to the hose bib and it is leaking, you can shut it off from the basement ceiling Without shutting the water off. I’ve also done this in other key locations. I also have a brand new sump pump and grinder pump still in the box sitting next to each one of the existing pumps in case they fail. Because we all know things like that only fail on Sunday nights. Anyway, we have really loved this house and hope we find someone who can love it just the same. Cheers
