Just a small cottage on 1 acre. 640 sq ft. garage and 2 sheds are separate. Basement windows not set up currently for egress. There were renters in there, so I didn't get inside pics, but can by weekend. Interior is 70's decor and not in the best shape. It does need some work and finishing, but liveable as-is. Is septic sewer and sandpoint well water (very clean). Rural water is plumbed in, but since I've had it (14 years), the well is much cleaner, so never had the need to have it turned on. Septic has been recently pumped out. Furnace is LP. (500 gallon tank included) Air conditioning, I always used window units. Water heat is electric on-demand. Basement is cement block. Could use some sealing in joints, but all straight and solid. Roof is all new steel. Shed has not yet had floor concreted. Had intended to go with in-floor heat until needing to sell. Property taxes are currently $1,550/year, but will go up a few dollars when they finally get the new shed on the books.
