Bought this 2 story to fix as my own, however, unfortunately, 'life' happens and now am passing on to someone to make it their own. Have done many things to it, (list below) Listed it as a 2 bedroom,.. easily can be a 3 bedroom, needs lots of cosmetics. Basement is dry and good for lots of storage. Added a 12x24 ft Carport and has a shed that is adequate, but needs a little TLC. Am packing so there are numerous boxes stacked in the corners until I can remove to storage,...AGAIN.
I have done the following;
New plumbing, SOME electrical, new bathroom vanity, faucet, toilet. new kitchen faucet, new electric hot water heater (in Basement) New basement steps to outside storm cellar entrance, removed ALL carpet, floors are wood underneath and can be restored or new flooring can be installed. Currently has radiator heat, (Never used) which is very efficient, however I plan to have all removed for mini splits. Currently using window air units and elec heaters for heat. Had better Laundry hookups and elec installed on main floor. The upstairs has had insulation added in 2 rooms that were created,. Added ceiling/walls and several elec outlets. Can be made into a nice 3rd bedroom. Small attic space for storage.
Newer Roof, had inside ceiling repairs done, ready for paint. Has a small yard for easy maintenance. Added a 12x20 Carport. Started Painting several rooms, but have all the paint to finish. Added a roll out Awning over Large pic window, Home has newer double pane windows throughout, with mini blinds for extra privacy.
This little home needs new floors or restore the floors, bath is very functional, but could use an update, Same with the kitchen, useable, but needs updated.
Neighborhood is very nice, quiet, GREAT neighbors, Close to the park where the school bus stops. Lots of Wildlife (Animals, LOL) Close to River and Shopping.
CHEAPER THAN RENT, AS IS !!
