This lot is in a subdivision with no H.O.A. Which means the old sign at the main entrance will have to be replaced by me, most likely, but it will be done. A filter on your tap and you have good drinking water. The water meter box is on the lot. It was 1400.00 for them to install the meter connection last time we checked but you can have it immediately. This is an easy build for a custom home and a rare lot so close to town. Lot 14 is not on the market but we will consider selling it as part of the deal. We have held on to it for our own home but there is still somethings keeping us from being able to do that now so we may let it go but do not want to sell in two seperate deals at this point. The other lot, #14, can not accomodate a very large home but adding it to lot 13 will give someone who wants to garden and grow food, a grand space for orchard and large garden, even a nice barn or other garage.
