Welcome to your Luxury 3 Bed/3 Bath House + Pool in the safest & friendliest neighborhood in St. Pete, FL! The upstairs has a 2 bed + 2 Baths - and the bottom floor has a separate 1 bed/1bath studio - which is completely separate from the rest of the upstairs house. This house is great for families, or your next investment opportunity as this house can be split into 2. As you walk up the stairs and enter the house with your keyless entry door code, you will walk into the all white modern Living Room + Reading Room. You will pass into the dining area where we have a brand new marble kitchen table that you can enjoy home cooked meals or coffee from. In the kitchen, we have a fridge with filtered water and ice. The stove, microwave, and dishwasher are all in amazing condition as they have hardly been used.The house has central heating & A/C with a smart Thermostat to make changing the temperature super easy!From the kitchen, you will wrap around the hallway and find a stackable washer & dryer with a set of drawers for your connivance. You will then enter into the master bedroom which is suited for a king bed. In the master bathroom you can relax in the large jacuzzi tub for a relaxing bath.The master bedroom also has a HUGE walk in closet where you will find plenty of room for your clothes. The 2nd bedroom is perfect for a queen-sized bed or office. The ceiling fan will keep you cool if needed. The house has very reliable & strong WiFi all throughout the house. In the closet there are plenty of hangers for your clothes and an additional storage above the closet for your belongings. Across the 2nd bedroom you will find the guest bathroom + shower/tub combination. Out the back door & down the stairs, there is your fully fenced backyard (pet friendly) & enclosed pool area to avoid any mosquitoes & bugs. Inside the pool area there is room for patio chairs with an umbrella & table to enjoy snacks, reading, and hanging out getting some sun. There is also a sun lounger with a shade sail that you can use. We have used our gym equipment to get a little exercise in & then cool off in the pool.The pool is not heated, but perfectly warmed by the Florida weather and makes it enjoyable to take a dip in this saltwater pool. We have kept bikes/pool floats in the shed behind the enclosed pool. Off the pool you will find yourself in the covered Lanai which has dimming lights, fans to keep you cool, an outdoor TV, and an outdoor kitchen for entertainment. You can walk inside the pool studio and find the 1 Bed/1 Bath well lit room with its own Mini A/C split. We just painted the walls to a dark blue Mykonos theme - and the bathroom was just redone. In the front of the property - you will see there is a 2 car driveway. The left side can be used for the house upstairs if you wanted. The garage also opens into a backyard where there is a cement pad you can park your boat/golf cart on.The right side is connected to the studio where you can walk directly from the garage, into the studio, and into the pool area. Both garages can be completely separate as we previously installed a double locking door. Out front, there is also ample street parking for guests. The brand new recreation center is a 5 minute walk (lap pool, basketball courts, pickle ball, playground, dog park). There are also about 3-4 other parks in the area that are great for frisbee, pickle ball, tennis, etc! Grocery stores (Publix & Whole Foods), UPS, Crunch Gym, etc. are only a 5 min drive away. There are so many amazing restaurants within 10 minutes that also deliver via Uber Eats.
