I am a HIGHLY MOTIVATED seller. At 72, my health has gone downhill, and I need to downsize. The home you are looking at has been remodeled on the inside, and has a metal roof!! There is carpeting in all four of the bedrooms, and laminate floors in the living room, fireplace (family) room, kitchen, and master bath. The guest bath has tile floors. The kitchen was remodeled in Feb 2023, with new counter tops, sink, marble back splash, and new faucet. The master bath has a new double sink counter top with two new faucets. Items that I am leaving for the new owner is Electrolux washer/dryer; Amana fridge; Amana range; Amana dishwasher; GE microwave; 75" Sony Bravia Google smart tv; Roku 50" tv; (all of which are 2 1/2 years old)! I have all of the receipts for these items. They are all in brand new condition. The internet is a high speed fiber network, just installed on June 7th. The tiers for it are: 100mps-$50/mo; 1gbs-$80/mo; 2Gbs-$100/mo, and I opted for the $50/mo. There is an LED pole light, illuminating the whole yard at night, and there are solar motion activated lights, one by the back porch, and one on the north side of the house; with solar lights in front around the front porch. Solar lights also light up along the driveway at night. The house sets about 120 yds from the county road, and it is relatively quiet in the house. There is a pole barn and a two car carport behind the house. The shed is pretty big and holds a lot. Although I love my house, it is beginning to be too much for me. I keep it very nice here, and many say the whole five acres looks like a beautiful golf course. It has fences all around the property , but the hurricane in August 31, 2023 took out about 75' of fence out by the road. The street view was taken by Google about four days after the hurricane on August 31, 2023, and has been cleaned up by me. Made it look real nice. I am not using a realtor, so I have a little bit of room to negotiate the price. Please call if you are interested in seeing my house. I require a 24 hour notice before you can come and see it.
