I am a HIGHLY MOTIVATED seller. At 72, my health has gone downhill, and I need to downsize. The home you are looking at has been remodeled on the inside, and has a metal roof!! Solar lights also light up along the driveway at night. The house sets about 120 yds from the county road, and it is relatively quiet in the house. There is a pole barn and a two car carport behind the house. The shed is pretty big and holds a lot. Although I love my house, it is beginning to be too much for me. I keep it very nice here, and many say the whole five acres looks like a beautiful golf course. It has fences all around the property , but the hurricane in August 31, 2023 took out about 75' of fence out by the road. The street view was taken by Google about four days after the hurricane on August 31, 2023, and has been cleaned up by me. Made it look real nice.
