My house is within a mile to the Parkway onramp, so you never need to deal with the traffic in Poinciana. The house is within 20 miles of all the Disney World Parks. I love my house, but I'm 100% disabled, and I cant drive in this traffic. Disney World is the #1 vacation spot in the world, I've been told. We just installed a Rheem water heater this year. In 2010, when I moved in, I put up gutters, painted the inside rooms of the whole house with neutral colors and I will leave extra for touch up painting.
The downstairs is completely ceramic tile. The kitchen has two pantries and a big island. The downstairs also has the dining room, living room, family room and den. The den will be made into a 5th bedroom if the house doesn't sell within a month. There is a closet for coats by the front door, and a half bath. A lovely inside laundry. This is a big plus, if you've never felt the humidity of Florida in the summer. I also have a walk in closet under the stairs that we use as a Hurrican shelter. It has shelves, and we've always had sleeping bags in there. You can add canned food to make it ready for you.
The upstairs has beige carpet, that looks like new, with a 12' 8" x 11' loft that overlooks the downstairs. It's great for throwing your clothes right in front of the laundry room. Just remember to say, clothes coming down, so someone doesn't end up with clothes all over themselves.
The house has had only 2 owners. We've been here 15 years and are mortgage free now. So, selling should be easy. The master bedroom is 19' x 15' 5". The master bath is 12' x 8', which doesn't include the two walk in closets and linen closet. The master bath has a soaking tub with a hand held jet, so you can wash your hair in the tub or whatever else. There is also a shower. The guest bath has two sinks and a tub/shower combination. Two upstairs rooms are 12' 10" x 12' 5". The twin beds will be left there, if you want them. The last bedroom upstairs is big.
New roof and white vinyl fence in 2018, new garbage disposal in 2019, new hvac inside and out in November of 2020, with a ten year warranty on parts.
