Removed screen room and made bedroom 2. Replaced screens with 2x4 walls, fiberglass insulation R13, added 2 vinyl awning windows low E II with argon. New sheathing, tar paper and matching vinyl lap siding to the home. Added new insulated fiberglass door with 1/2 glass low E prehung and composite jam, NO ROT. Many new interior and exterior electrical plugs and switches.
Shed: removed rotted floor and beams replaced with pressure treated 2x4's and 3/4 " Plywood. Insulated walls and roof.
Added 2 lockable skirting doors for easy access.
