Pearl Ranch has 40 acres which includes 1000' of the Anthracite River, an entire mountain, 3 horse fenced in pastures with loafing shed, a private park, guest cabin and a tiny cabin. Pearl Ranch has beautiful walkways, patio's and wrap around porch. Adorable chicken coop called Cluckingham Palace. Outdoor kitchen, security system, jetted tub, vaulted ceilings.
Park: Eagles Nest Park is on the Anthracite River with a beautiful gazebo, swing set, bocce court, shuffleboard court, horseshoes, tetherball, and frisbee golf.
Large Cabin: Bear Creek Hideaway cabin has kitchen, dining room, den, master bedroom, loft with 2 queen beds, bathroom, washer/dryer, a porch on the Anthracite River.
Small Cabin: Moose Landing has a dining/den combo, queen bedroom, loft with full bed, porch and outhouse.
The grounds are amazing facing the Ragged Mountain Range with creeks, ponds, river, and 360 degree mountain view in this gorgeous valley.
