This has been a wonderful home for my son and me and now he is graduating, time to pass it on. The home is in the Table Mesa Village park, which is at the southern edge of Boulder on Marshall Rd. The home sits on a south-facing lot that opens out onto Boulder County Open Space. The view is quite spectacular. The South Boulder Creek Trailhead is a 5 minute walk (adjacent to the entrance to the park). The Flatirons tower to the west, and to the east is more open space and the South Boulder Creek. The trailer has a manageable yard, replete with 3 planting boxes ready for your vegetable garden. There is also a flower bed on the front side. The back yard has been landscaped and includes a rockery leading to the back deck. The driveway has parking for one car, plus there are 2 street spots available. There are 2 storage sheds: a smaller concrete block shed and a larger wooden one, which has built-in shelving. The large shed has a hand-built brick patio just adjacent, which is sheltered between the home and the shed. There is a Trex-composite built deck on the end of the trailer facing the open space. This is a private, intimate deck that can be accessed directly from the master bedroom via a sliding glass door, and has tree coverage making it serene and shady.
