Our children call it the "meadow" and love to meet new friends out in the snow! Amenities for the association include pool (the only one in Shaver lake!!), spa, sauna, extra bathrooms and showers, clubhouse, gate, snow removal, storage for boats, landscaping maintenance, and trash service. A quick 35 mins to China Peak by car and a 20 min walk to town. The perfect mountain getaway without all the maintenance of a single family home!
