Im selling this property because I have to, but this is a cash cow for investors or free monthly mortgage for someone who wants to live in one unit. Its 2 separate houses, but three units (1 duplex, and 1 normal home). Currently I bring in $4200 a month and im charging cheap rent. You could live in the main house and rent out the others or rent out all three. It has irrigation (which is more and more rare), and the immediate neighborhood is super quite. I put around 65k into all new plumbing (replaced the cast iron), roofing, hot water heaters, etc...The bones are still good.
