Thanks for checking out my post. This little mobile home has been well kept. I've taken pride in repairing and adding value to my home. Prior to my moving in, the kitchen was updated approx 2013. I had new carpet and laminate flooring installed two years ago. The AC unit is 6 yrs old. Roof has 3 coats of protection. New sunscreens installed on the west side of the home.
I built a spacious detached garage/workshop with workbench, shelving including a wall unit AC.(AC 6 yrs old). Garage built in 2019. Arizona room with a split AC unit. I listed it as a one bedroom because the second room does not have a closet. But there is a second room/office!
