I need to fix the location on the map.
It may not be the beach but you still see water (after it rains). NOT in the Flood Zone.
I-40 frontage property (800’ at fence line), 6+ acres (2.317 acres south of the I-40 fence line). Property stretches to the3rd lane of I-40.
Property is located East of Holbrook and West of Sanders.
All corners are surveyed. You have access to the river. Electric is 1 mile west, or bring from across the interstate, or just make your own. Water is probably at 20’.

Entrance is at the 330 exit and make a right at stop sign. There is a barb wire gate for entry. Its a utility easement. Ride a mile to my property.
Or you can pull over at Interstate MP 330. There is a For Sale sign.
