The house is insulated with spray foam and has four mini split AC heads with two outside units. The house has radiant heat in the floor that is connected to an outdoor wood burning furnace. The garage has its own mini split AC head and a forced-air ceiling mounted heater. The ceiling is vaulted in the main living/kitchen area, owners bedroom, owners bathroom, and the owners walk-in closet. All the cabinets throughout the house are made of stained maple with custom epoxy countertops. All the lights throughout the house are LED. The appliances are included with the purchase of the house. They are all electric Samsung brand. There is even a secret library that is only accessible by going through the owners walk-in closet. The house has instant hot water and two electric 40 gallon hot water tanks.
The house is equipped with its own rainwater cistern. Rainwater is collected by the gutters and stored in two 5000 gallon water tanks located in its own outbuilding which also has radiant heat. The water is filtered through a 3 stage filtering system before being pumped into the house. The storage tanks also have an overflow to prevent flooding in the outbuilding. The water lines running to and from the outbuilding to the house is buried underground next to the radiant heat to prevent freezing.
