HOA Dues for non rental is $900 per year, rentals are $1,600 per year. Property insurance is around $5,100, flood insurance $1,700 and property taxes are $5,200. This has been a full time rental house since 2022. Currently listed with Dauphin Island Beach Rentals as a rental management company. Has current rentals booked for 2025 season.
